My work integrates relational therapy with sex therapy, helping partners rebuild trust, reawaken desire, and create a connection that feels honest and alive again.

Queer & Emerging Adult Identity Work

The years of becoming, figuring out who you are, what kind of love you want, and how to live authentically — deserve real support.
I offer affirming therapy for queer and questioning adults navigating intimacy, belonging, and the messiness of growing into themselves. Together, we’ll make space for the parts of you still taking shape and learn what it means to feel at home in your own skin.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals and couples of all genders, identities, and relationship structures who are ready to look beneath the surface.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck — in their relationships, their self-worth, or the patterns they can’t seem to shake. Some are navigating major transitions: becoming parents, rebuilding trust, rediscovering desire, or figuring out who they are and what they want.

Whether the work centers on intimacy, identity, communication, or simply feeling more at home in your own life, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and the people you love.

I am committed to decreasing the barriers to mental health support through online/telehealth psychotherapy. 

Through online/telehealth psychotherapy, I am able to implement all treatment models and tailor them within the online approach. 

While online therapy can seem intimidating to some, I foster an environment that allows you to feel as though you are in an in-person setting. I use a secure, HIPAA compliant website that makes online sessions user-friendly. 

 
 

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and candid.

I’m not here to hand you a checklist or pretend there’s a single right way to heal.
Instead, we’ll look together at what’s blocking connection — the defenses that once kept you safe but now keep you distant, the unspoken needs behind conflict, the patterns that repeat even when you wish they wouldn’t.

I believe that healing isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about building self-trust, tolerance for truth, and a deeper capacity for intimacy.

Policies & Fees

 
  • Please contact me for a free 30-minute consultation or to set up an appointment. All sessions are 50-minutes, and I currently do not accept insurance.

  • Clients with insurance may be able to obtain reimbursement from their insurance provider. Check with your provider for information regarding out-of-network mental health coverage and claims.

  • Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. This allows for time to fill your appointment slot with another client.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice of at least 24 hours may result in cancellation charges up to the full session fee.

  • $255 per 50-minute session (Individuals & Couples)​
